1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order for our boat virtual tour scanning and photography services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the booking, payment, scheduling, and service execution for all virtual tour scanning and photography projects.

2. Booking and Payment

• When an order is placed, it confirms a booking for our services.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure the appointment.

• The selected package covers the specified boat size, photography, and 3D panel services.

3. Rescheduling and Vessel Changes

• The client may change the type of vessel to a similar-sized boat before scheduling the scan.

• Once the videographer arrives on-site, no vessel changes or modifications to the booking can be made.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Bookings are non-refundable once the videographer has been scheduled and arrives on-site for the scan.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of payment.

5. Service Execution

• The scanning and photography services will be performed based on the agreed package specifications.

• The vessel must be prepared and ready for the scan at the scheduled time.

• If the vessel is not accessible, not ready, or has been changed upon arrival, the service fee will still apply, and rescheduling may require an additional fee.

6. Liability and Limitations

• Our company is not responsible for any delays or cancellations caused by weather, vessel inaccessibility, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• The client is responsible for ensuring the boat is clean, staged, and ready for the scan.

• We are not liable for any dissatisfaction arising from the condition of the vessel at the time of the scan.

7. Copyright and Usage Rights

• All virtual tour scans, photographs, and media captured remain the property of our company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the media for marketing, listings, and promotional purposes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the service is provided. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the applicable jurisdiction.

9. Agreement

By placing an order and confirming a booking, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.​
